Issue while running payment proposal

Hi,
 While running payment proposal i am getting the below error. Can anyone help me out.

    Hi,
    Have you posted the same question before? if so, please keep one thread. (By the way:
    The message "Edit payment proposal is empty" usually means that there are no payment documents or entries to process in the payment proposal you are trying to run. Make sure there are open items or invoices that meet the conditions you specify for the payment proposal. If there are no open items, no proposal will be generated. )

    A few days ago, you created another question also about issues with the payment proposal. Is this a duplicate question? Issue while running payment proposal (dynamics.com)
     
    PS. The blue bar is not an error, but information that no records were found to be included in the payment proposal.

    According to the criteria you have given, system can not find any open transactions to be paid.
     
    Please check your open transactions if there is anything to be paid.
