Change properties of items in the subgrid on change of stages in an entity

I have reservations (Resource booking) linked with opportunity

This allows users to add resource bookings in an opportunity(using subgrid)

I want to change the status of the resource booking on change of stages in the opportunity.

How can this be accomplished? Is it possible using Javascript?

I am able to fetch the items using FetchXml but I am not sure how to change property of the items

Hi, you can use a plugin to change the status of all resource bookings related to the opportunity.

Try UltimateWorkflowToolkit

It can do the below operations...

Relationship Operations:

Cascade Status - conditionally (again based on fetchxml condition) set status for child records in relationship (1-N and N-N are both included)

Distribute Workflow - conditionally (again based on fetchxml condition) execute on-demand workflow for child records in relationship (1-N and N-N are both included)
