    Hi.

    When you install AX 2012, you must choose what components you want to install. So as martin has also suggested, please check whether VS tools have been installed from AX installer or not.

    It seems AxConfig isn't recognized.

    Could you let us know how exactly you started Visual Studio? Did you use some command? What was the exact command?

    Also, perhaps you would like to crop your screenshot so that it doesn't show everything on your desktop, just in case there is something confidential.
