2 D365 CRM Instances - 1 Common User- Mailbox Synchronization

HI Team,

I have 2 D365 instances under the same tenant and there some common users between these two instances. When it comes to server side synchronization of common users mailboxes, how it works?

I configured server side side synchronization on both instances but when I configured on A instance, then B instance mailbox status is setting failed( initially B instance is synchronized).

I really want to know how Server side synchronization  works with multiple instances and common users?
