We have an issue when trying to open a support ticket on all projects we are invited to give us message "you dosn't have permissions to create support requests for this service"
Any ideea???????

It was not like that until last week we are able to open a support incident from customer lcs project as we imported to the project as project owner ,but the issue now we can’t open in all customers lcs projects we imported on.

From the customer LCS project, indeed only users from that tenant can log incidents. If you are a partner trying to log an incident, you can or ask a login on the tenant of your customer or ask another person from that company to log an incident and add you in the CC.

The issue in all our users that are invited in all customers lcs projects it’s only allowing customer users(that are included to the same tanent) for opening a ticket from lcs)
Hi, is it for one user or all? Do you have active support contract and is user added in support contract?
If this issue for all users and you have support contract then you can also try these support contact numbers as per your country (Never used it but worth a shot)
