Management Reporter

Posted on by 120

I have a client that is trying to design a report in Management Reporter and we are having some challenges.  The oblect is to have the following information reported:

Row 890 Column J to take Row 850 Column J divided by Row 850 Column B.  We used the following formula in the row definition and it doesn;t seem to be working.

In row 890 : J=J850/B850.

We also would like to suppress certain rows that are between -$5000 and $5000, this is for variance reporting and only want to see variances greater than the +-$5000.00

What can be done to accomplish these objectives?

    Hello Steve,

Please try J=J.850/B.850 for your calculation in Management Reporter.

You can try and IF THEN ELSE statement but you would have to make the entire row or column non printing and it may not provide the results you are looking for.

    Thanks,

    April
