My clients wanted to see a number of new items displaying on the social pane for Notes. The default tab is activities and they will forget to check the Notes tab sometimes. Is there any plugin or an unmanaged solution from any CRM experts?

Can you share a screenshot of your current scial pane and what do you want.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
