Sync (add) users from O365 to Financials

We cannot add or sync users from O365 to Financials. Nothing happens when clicking Get Users from Office 365 after confirming they are set up in O365. (We've been trying for days.)

We followed and confirmed these instructions several times:

There is no pop-up error and we cannot find an error log anywhere in CRM or Financials indicating what the issue is.

Thanks for any help!

    Hello,

    Please check the following:

    - Switch your Role Center to 'Administration of users, user groups, and permissions'

    - On the left hand navigation bar click on 'Plans'

    - You should have around 13 plans listed

If you don't have around 13 plans listed please message me with your tenant info.

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Thanks Chris.

Stupid question I guess--how do I do the first step?

    - Switch your Role Center to 'Administration of users, user groups, and permissions'

Is that somewhere in Financials? When I searched Financials and clicked Role Center, it just took me home and there was nothing at all on the left nav bar.

Sorry!  The top right, the little cog wheel > My Settings > Role Center

    Thanks,

    Chris

That's OK. I had just figured it out. Sorry about that. There are 6 plans listed for me. (Administrator, Business User, Premium User, Project Madeira Infrastructure Base Application, Essentials User, Project Madeira Preview) Next question, how do I message you with my Tenant Info? (LOL, I'm just a newb.)

Click on your user in the top right here on the forum and go to Messages.  Click New and see if you can put me in as the Recipient and send me a message.

When I ask for your tenant info I mean the part of your financials URL that is specific to you.

    https://<tenant name>.Financials.dynamics.com

Please give me that tenant name piece which will be specific to your environment.

    Thanks,

    Chris
