How to find which table is associated with a page?

Hi ALL,

I am developer who is quite new to D 365BC. I am not to get which table a form is associated with from the Client version? Like if a wanted to add a  custom field in standard page , I am not able to find the table which is associated with that page so that i can extend the table and add the field. Is there any option for that purpose?

Please Help!!

    Hello,

    You can not able to find which table is associated with which Page from Table because 1 table may associated with multiple pages.

    Only concern is you know on which page you want to show that customize field, so for that form that page you will able to find the associated table.

    For an example you have Customer List & Customer Card Page & both are associated with Customer table.

    I guess there is no any blog available. But may below link will help for you to understand the architecture of NAV from there you may find the relation

    Thank you, i think i have found the workaround. By pressing Ctrl + Alt + F1 on the page, you can find the information related to attached Table and its fields.
