Would kindly ask for your help.
Need to add an 'Export to excel' button to our Customer portal so customers can download their list of cases. Found this video and this article which shows how to do it, but since then there was a change in the Portal management layout, cannot find the Grid configuration > View Actions > Download to add the 'Export to excel' button.
The answer must be in front of me, probably just can't see it.
Much appreciate any help!

Hi Leah,
Thank you kindly for your guidance, this is what is saw under 'Options'.
Turned out had to disable my adblocker to see the grid configuration, after that I could do the configuration and it works fine.

Hi marton,
You can just switch to the tab named ‘Options’ of the Entity List form, then you will find the ‘Grid Configuration’.
Add ‘Download’ and insert button label you need.
Then go to the portal, you will see that:
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
