125I am testing an upgrade from GP 9.0 to Dynamics Version 10. At one time I had V 10 up and running. I restored back to V 9.0 to continue testing the steps required for teh upgrade, but forgot to install to a different folder, so stopped the install midway. After stopping the install in mid-path I was forced to clean the registry manually as the uninstaller would not work and GP was corrupt. I am concerned I may have deleted a required key for running GP/DYN setup? I now can no longer get the V9.0 setup.exe to run. When I double click on it the hour glass comes up for about 15 seconds and then disappears. Setup is running in task manager, at about 80-90% processor time, but nothing every loads. The setup.exe will run on any other PC or server I have tried it on. Has anyone experienced this before and perhaps may have found the answer? I am stumped.
Server is Windows Server 2003, using SQL 2005 for company DBs.
