3D Model appears with a warning symbol

Dear all,

Currently trying to create a guide, I've imported some 3D models in my Guide. The 3D model is currently imported on my computer in the desktop application, and when I'm double clicking on it in the stepcard, it is displayed as a preview.
Now, when I switch to the HoloLens and try to display it, I have a warning symbol what appears instead of the real 3D model.

Does anyone already faced this issue ? How can I fix it ?

    Hi Silloty - the warning sign is shown when the custom assets are quite large and cannot be loaded in time on HoloLens. Have you tried loading the same guide the first time after restarting the app? (basically making this guide the first one in memory).

    Hi Mahesh Kamat,

    What do you mean by large ? By number of polygons or real object size ?

    I tried to restart the app and open the guide but it still displays the symbol.

    Hi Silloty,

    I think Kamat, means polygon count and/or file sizes of the model. Development of the hololens 1 models and apps is usually done with very low quality settings Unity because the HL1 doesn't have power to push heavy models. If this gives you an example.
