Hi Team,
 
I am unable to add lines to the sales order even with /System administrator/ access. Kindly find the screenshot for your reference.
 
 
 
Kindly help to do the needful.

    Have you already tried to click on 'Remove price lock'?

    This seems to be caused by a customization to the sales orders.
     
    If you are a system admin, security is not the issue.
    The business logic of the system defines which sales orders can be modified.
     
    In this case the order is open, but you are unable to modify it, which indicates that there is some other logic implemented which limits, what can be done to the order.
     
    You need to check which customizations have been implemented on the sales orders.

    Hi Naveen, Can you try removing All security roles one by one (except System Administrator) and check if it works.
