How to block a Location Code in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 ?
Is there a default functionality for blocking one Location code for avoiding the Transaction from and to it.

Hi Arun,
There isn't default functionality for blocking Location.
You can delete all combination for this location code in Inventory Posting Setup as Aleksandar and Mohana mentioned, it ultilizes Posting Setup Checking.
Another way if you want to alert users with friendly message, you can add Blocked field on Location record and check new inventory transaction in codeunit 21 Item Jnl.-Check Line.
You only need to delete all combination for this location code in Inventory Posting Setup.
