Unable to see Products Lookup on case entity form in CRM Portal

Hi Experts,


I am not able to see Product lookup on case entity form with customer self service Portal, field is added on CRM form and Entity Permission also verified still not able to see products.

Please suggest.

    Make sure 'Authenticated' webrole is associated with the Entity Permission.

    If still having an issue, try running your page by unchecking the Entity Permission check box from Entity Form.

    All permissions are given, fields are on Portal. I can see the fields but its like they are not active. I cant fill the fields and also they are greyed out.

    Did everything I could found on community. Nothing Helps.

    Hi Manju,

    Please configure below-mentioned Site Settings (Portal > Site Settings) to make it work.

    If it is already there. Change it's value to True.
