Hi Maria,
I'm glad you told me you are using the Spanish Overlay. I tested the Spanish Overlay and the EP documents do not show in the list. However, if you type in the number of the EP document, you can then void the document. I will report this bug in the overlay. Thank you!

Yes, I´m using the Accounts Payable Check entry screen, SL 2011 ver 8.01.21219 (8.0.0.0) but it´s in spanish, I am not sure if the translation has something to do with this problem.
By the way, one off the consultants "do something" to fix it... and now I can void ep payments documents without any problem.

I assume you are using the Accounts Payable Void Check Entry screen?
I am testing on SL 2011 FP1 and EP payment documents do show up in the PV list to be voided.
What version of SL are you using. What version to you see in the Help/About Microsoft Dynamics SL screen?
