What does this error mean
You cannot use Gen. Journal Batch: GENERAL,ANALYTICS for this action. The restriction was imposed by the MS-GJBAPW-01 workflow, General Journal Batch Approval

There is a work flow enabled, please check with your admin user.
you can go to "Restricted Records" and delete the corresponding line from there and try it. it will works
