Delete Cancelled PR

Posted on by 20

Hi, I have a requirement to delete a cancelled PR, but I understand that the PR has to be in Draft status for it to be deleted, hence the challenge I have is to change the cancelled status in to Draft as there is no recall option in the workflow to make it active in order to change the status to draft. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for your response Ludwig and QuianQW. It's only a few PRs hence we are fine to leave as is, cheers.

    Hello Ashok Xavier,

As QuianQW mentioned there is no default delete feature available for this.

How many purchase requisitions are affected?

If it is only a small number can't you just leave them in the form with the canceled status?

Modifying something might cost you more time and effort than deleting a couple of PRs by code.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ashok Xavier,

Do you refer to a product receipt or a purchase requisition or something else when you use the abbreviation PR?

Would be great if you could make this clear and use at least one time the full name.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ashok Xavier,

When the purchase requisition is in a status of ‘in review’, it can be recalled and changed into the status of draft.

But if a purchase requisition has been approved, it can only be cancelled.
