I have got the below error while trying to update the work order entity using workflow.
Can anyone help me out with this, please?

Unfortunately that error is completely generic. Do you see other error details or can you share a screenshot of the workflow step?
Btw, have you considered using Power Automate instead of workflow? might give you more troubleshooting help, is more comprehensive and future-proof.
Please find the attached screenshot for your reference. I got this error when clicking on the set properties button and also I am not able to create the record as well.

That's clear, but what do you actually do in that update step? And are you sure that's the one causing the error?
Can we see what you're actually trying to update in the Work Order record? Without that, it's hard to determine the exact cause.
