Duplicate Detect with Business card

Hope you are well
Could you please help me with one solution please that would be great help for me.
Situation - our sales person attending a trade fair where they are getting lots of business card.
We want to know that which card details are already in our Dynamics CRM as soon as possible.
I know we have scan option in mobile device then quick create form will open and after saving the record we get pop up for duplicate.
Please advise any other solution.

    That's what duplicate detection DOES.  What functionality are you wanting that dupe detection doesn't provide?

    Sorry my question is bit different, What suggestion or solution we have so that we can identify that business card information is already in our system.

    Hi Pradeep,

    Do you mean that you need to give duplicate prompts when duplicate contacts are scanned and saved?

    If yes, you can set up duplicate detection rules according to your request.
