Microsoft CRM Portals - Add new Portal Add-on

Posted on by

Hello to everybody!

I have one Sandbox instance of CRM Online 2016 Update 1 with a Portal add-on linked.

I would like to add another Portal add-on linked to the same CRM instance, in order to have two Websites working contemporary.

Is that possible? How can I perform this operation?

Best regards.

    Luca,

Hopefully you have found this already, but if not please access Office 365 Admin Portal. Under Billing, choose Purchase Services. There you should see a tile for "Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition - Additional Portal" or something similar. At least that's what I can see as we already have purchased one.

Hello Guido. Thanks for your answer. As I'm quite new with crm portals, where can I exactly purchase a new portal license?
