Dear Experts,
While generating sales quote we are facing a problem that while checking the statistics without selecting the lot it shows the excise duty and if user selects the lot it does not pickup the excise amount. Please find attached screenshot for reference. Kindly Advise.

I support other members - excise should not be lot-dependent unless you have specifically customized that. Please check the customizations done, e.g. triggers when updating the lot.
I do not think excise is depend on the LOT and it should depend on the item. However I think you are using a customize version and please check the logic behind it.

I dont think so LOT No is any issue while calculating excise
Kindly check while selecting lot no any excise related fields is getting blank and check any customization done
