marketing and customer service data base integration

Hi,

I have two different instances. one for marketing and one for customer service, however i want them to used the same data base synced

is there any way to connect them without having sales? if so, what is the easiest way?

    Hi,

    Do you only have different apps or is it really two different instances, meaning that you have two production environment? If you have two instances you wouldn't be able to connect Dynamics Marketing to it. However, if it's only a different app you should have access to the same contacts.
