I have a mailbox service management queue. It is set with team type: owner I am the admin. I added my business unit and set the default queue to the mailbox queue. I have added the members. and have assigned security role as system administrator. Do I need to assign a field security profile?

Normally record-level permissions are granted at the entity level, but you may have certain fields associated with an entity that contain data that is more sensitive than the other fields. For these situations, you use field level security to control access to specific fields.
If you don't need to control access to specific fields you don't need to create a field security profile. Its use is optional.
