Are there any out of the box solution in CRM Online 2016 to gererate a word document on Account, and automatic save it to the customers sharepoint location? Or must we use a 3rd party like f.example this ?

Sorry, there is no automatic OOTB solution for that. You need to fall back to your own or a third party solution as you already had mentioned.
