Hi,
Perform the "Prepare All Customization" under Settings >> Customization >> Customize the system >> Prepare ALL Customization. This may take some time. Once done, Ask your user to logout and log in in. If possible, try reinstalling the app. Sometime, due to caching the app doesnt show the updated entities.
You can also ask your user to test the Mobile view from the browser. Check this blog-community.dynamics.com/.../testing-the-dynamics-365-crm-app-without-device

Unfortunately, it is enabled by default. i verified it. But still i can't even access the default entities.

Everyone can download Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets from an app store. See Install Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets for links to various app stores.
For users to be able to access your Dynamics 365 instance from the mobile applications they will require the Dynamics 365 for mobile security privilege found on the Business Management tab of a security role.
For example, this screenshot shows the out of the box Salesperson security role that has the Dynamics 365 for mobile security privilege enabled by default.
i have already installed the app, when i signed in with admin, admin has access to two apps, dynamics 365 mobile - custom which allow him to works on accounts and other entities. But, when i signed in with an user account, it's landing on app page but no app is available to him, he can't access default account entity, also, custom entities and i have enabled mobile for the entities.

Users needs to download, install & login with their credentials to use the app. The app is available in all app stores. Yes, the custom entities does appear in Mobile app if the user has access to it and the entity is enable for mobile.
