Is there a limit on the number of companies can be created under Dynamics 365 for financials?

Will there be any additional fee for consolidation or intercompany? We want to start with 3 companies and later will be adding more companies in future.

    There is no limit to the number of companies you can add.  You pay for user licenses only at this point.
