This request is a bit vague, but I try to give you one answer, you can then elaborate the question if this is not exactly what you want to see.
Go to search window in top right corner, type "gen led ent" and click the "Financial Management/General Ledger/History, General Ledger Entries"
On the opening window, click small triangle after blue text "General Ledger Entries", and select "Advanced Filter"
To "Show results" section add clauses:
Where Source Code is <enter your journal name>
And Posting Date is <enter desired period>
