Active/Public system view not displaying as an option

There is a system view that is not showing up in the drop down list of views in one section of CRM. I went to customization settings > entities > xEntity > views and checked that is was an active/public view. I tried deactivating it and re-activating it but it still won't show up.

    Doublecheck that mentioned view is available for your particular Model Driven App - learn.microsoft.com/.../add-edit-app-components
