Is it possible to remove the Timeout on data management imports?

I'm importing leave and absence data using the data management import tool.

I have some miscellaneous data in the system through previous imports so which to truncate the entity before importing. However, when I have truncate switched on I get the following error:

The wait operation timed out
'0' 'Leave and absence bank transaction' record(s) inserted in staging

Is there a way to extend this wait or remove it entirely?
