Hi I have setup a Demo Portal,

I am logged in as an Admin - (this user has all security roles assigned)

I can not see the option to edit/ change or customise the portal front end?  i believe there should be a drop-down box along the side to edit etc- what steps should I take?

Can you also from the Front end designer edit the forms what fields are displayed?

Any help appreciated.

    Hi partner,

You could setup the content of the page in Dynamics 365 instance, not in portals.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/create-expose-portal-content

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/customize-content-snippets

As the articles mentioned, you could setup fields in entity forms or use Html code to customize the page in portals.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

    Hi,

Double check the web role associated with this contact. If it has Administrator role then you should get the front side editor capabilities for this user.

Some time its take time to reflect. Try new browser or clear cache.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

You can also try to clear server side cache and see if you are able to get it: docs.microsoft.com/.../clear-server-side-cache
