Is there any way to access a model app or canvas app from a website? Please provide info as I cant find out how.
I dont want to access it from a mobile device or add it to our crm (dynamics online).
Instead I just want to be able to provide a URL so the user (inside our org.) can access from its browser.

You can only provide the URL of the custom app. The URL of the module APP and canvas APP cannot be provided.
You could refer to this article to know how to share the URL of a custom app.
For module apps, such as Sales, Customer Service, etc., you cannot share URL.
You could refer to this article to learn how to share the canvas APP, not using URL, but sharing them in PowerApps.
