Wave not processing for outbound

Hi,

I have very strange issue facing in D365 FO, using 2 warehouses - warehouse 1 and 2. If warehouse 1 is used wave processing immediately loaded shows loaded but if warehouse 2 is used taking long time to processing the wave like it shows batch job completed, loaded status shows posted but no work created. 

In wave processing history log shows this error message “The load line must specify the dimensions above the location. Shipment xxxx, Item xxxx, Lot xxxx” & "Found invalid load lines in wave. Please remove the invalid load lines."

If any anyone faced this issue let me know.

    Hi Ravi,

    Do you have one or two issues? Is it both the performance and the error message? The error tells you that there is at least one storage dimension value missing according to the reservation hierarchy. Please check the load details for the shipment and the item. The inventory lot ID (InventTransID) is also listed.

    Hi Ravi,
    The error you have mentioned in your query "Found invalid load lines in wave" is the summary error that wave processing throws once it's validated every load line — it used to stop at the first bad line, now it collects all of them and reports this at the end.

    "The load line must specify the dimensions above the location" means the item's reservation hierarchy has Batch positioned above the location, for that you have to reserve the batch manually before release to warehouse.

    Since the same item is behaving differently in WH1 and WH2 can you check and compare the Sales orders reservations (Batch reservations). Also is both WH1 and WH2 are Warehouse management process enabled?
