I have Microsoft Dynamics crm 2016 0n premise
total 4000+ user are in the organization .specifically 2 user are facing issue with login session
Issue: One user login with his userid and password , but session coming with another user completely

Could you please check if all browsers have the same issue? What if you use other PC to login with same user? I may suggest you clear history and cache in browsers, run flushdns and test.
