Can you please help to join the dynamics ERP Yammer community, please share the link if anyone have and suggest me the process as well.

    Your organization most likely does not allow/support external networks (like ours).
    A work-around is to use a private mail; I'm using my gmail.com mail for accessing the Yammer

    The communities can be found here from your Teams. However, your IT might restrict to see all communities.

    Be sure to use an organisational (not personal) email address.

    Whenever I login into Yammer group with my official email, it's automatically login into my company yammer, please just suggest me how can I login into Dynamics yammer?

    Should be able if you log in here. There is also a Teams app for engage btw.
     
     
    It may be that if you log in with your company email address, you cant see all communities as it may be restricted by your IT.
