    Hi BrennanS,

    Thanks for reaching out!!

What do you mean by resetting? Its restarting the portal from Admin? I answered the same query in blog post. You can try that.

    Hope this will help you!!

    Regards,

RE: Landing Pages stuck on Going Live

    Hi Brennan,

I've create 10 landing pages and let them go live in my environment 9.1.0000.4632, and not met issue as you said.

How many pages have such issue?

If only single page came across this issue, there is a workaround that you may have to create a new page and copy the previous page HTML source code as below:

    1. Press F12, select element inspector, you will inspect a HTML element when hover cursor over your page preview window.

    2. Your page HTML source code will be fully inspected and be covered by light blue background.

    3. Find html label under iframe label, right click it and go Copy > Copy outerHTML.

    4. Paste full source code in the new page in its HTML editor tab.

If many pages have, it would be better to submit a ticket with your organization url to escalate your case.

    Regards,

    Clofly
