I have a client who wishes to have some processes which will be processed in Attract but will need approval based on data in Human Resources.
While there is another requirement which needs approval from the manager while working on Onboarding where in the approval request will be submitted in Onboarding module but shall impact and be send to the Task Management - Employee Self Service where the manager can check the task and approve /reject which will then need to show the impact back in Onboarding based on which the further decision will be made by the respective departments.
Therefore the workflow shall make life easy.
