Anybody upgrade to Management Reporter SP2? I had Feature Pack 1 installed and was testing it, and it was a little slower than FRx - but not terribly so.
However, I just downloaded & installed SP2, and good grief - it takes FOREVER for the reports to start generating, and when they do, they take quite a bit longer to run than under Feature Pack 1.
Needless to say if this is the shape of things to come, I won't be getting rid of FRx anytime soon :-)

It is best to create a new thread for a post like yours. The versions of MR are as follows.
FP1 -> 2.0.1664.19
SP1 --> 2.0.1700.31
SP1 October Update -> 2.0.1700.66
The slowness in-between clicking the generate button and when the report generation screen appears has been resolved with the .66 version. Download and apply the SP1 October update to all MR components.

This is a known issue with SP2 (483850) that is scheduled to be resolved with Feature Pack 2. FP2 is tentatively due out by the end of the year. The issue is described as MR becoming unresponsive after clicking the Generate button on a report that uses more than a few rows. Once generating, the performance should be comparable or better than FP1. I apologize for any inconvenience the issue has created.
