Hi Guys,
I use the Last Activity Date field on alot of my CRM Dynamics reports. This is being used across my sales team to monitor activity and make sure potential clients and current clients are being kept in contact with etc.
At the moment I think the "Last Activity Date" is not populating correctly. See below examples of activity being recorded on an account but see the second pic which shows no activity on the view.
If it is possible to do a screen share with a CRM expert to perhaps get this issue corrected that would be brilliant. Im getting bombarded by my sales team wondering why their activity isnt being recorded Thanks in advance.
