Limiting Customer Specific SKUs

We have some SKUs that we only allow a specific subset of our customers to buy. Are there features in F&O that would allow us to generate an error at order entry if the item is included on an order from a customer we intend to restrict?
 
In our scenario, these items would be available to only one or two customers and restricted from thousands of customers.
