hello all,

i have an issue when add the permission sets to sales users like permission sets D365 SALES they are able to see the chart of account and also all the Ledger Entry's it is a way how i cannot allow them to see those information because if i create custom permissions and delete table 15 g/l account they are not ablet to edit or post or create e new Sales document can you give me and advice

Hi, It is easiest to use the Permission Exclusion function.

Permission sets

Hello,

Open your custom permission set and then click on the View all permissions.

Find GL Entry object ID, and make all permissions to indirect.

You just need to be sure that you do not have permission to GL Entry in some of the other permission sets that are already added to the user.

Also, you can try with setting Type to Exclude, and add object ID 17 to that row. Also set exclude option to the permissions.
