Business Process Flow for Bookings

I am considering using a Business Process Flow for Bookings with Stages representing Travel to Site, In- Progress, Travel form Site, Completion

This would reduce the scope for engineer to pick the wrong Booking Status.

Has anyone else tried this / any thoughts?

    Hi Lucky Dog,

    I haven't tried this. But it sounds like a good idea. And BPF is used to provide a streamlined user experience to reduce the operational errors. Do you have any concern about this?
