Hello,

I am just getting started with Dynamics with Field Service. I have been building out my products and I am having trouble with the "Amount" field on the Price List Item Entity. In the out of the box form in the "Product" entity the "Standard Cost" field was not included. I included that field on the form and then updated the "Standard Cost" field on the "Product" entity with a value. When I added that product to a price list the Amount field does not auto populate a value in the "Amount" field on the "Price List Item" form when I choose any of the "Percent of..." options in the "Pricing Method" field. In fact the only way I display any value in the field is when I choose the "Currency Amount" option in the "Pricing Method" field in write in a value. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jarrod,

Im not sure if I understand the issue you are having. The Amount doesn't get auto filled oob when adding a new price list item. Are you trying to add a discount on that product?
