Surface Duo BC app navigation missing

After opening ANY page on my Surface Duo using the mobile app, the Back arrow does not display at the bottom of the screen.

    Hello,

    I remember I saw that before but that was with Android or iOS universal App. What release of Business Central is this and are you using latest universal app?

    Does this issue also happen on a phone device?

    I'm using Microsoft's Surface Duo phone with the following software versions:

    Android version 10
    Surface Duo build 2020.1014.61
    Business Central App version 3.1.10072

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. What BC release are you using? In SaaS or OnPrem. If OnPrem, is this V170 with CU1 or an earlier release. Could you also make a screenshot how it does look like and post it here (without references to personal identifiable information).

    Within CSS we did not receive a Surface Duo phone (bad Microsoft), so we cannot test it here. But I can ask around within the product group if it is a known issue.

    Tip #1: Turn off navigation gestures

    By default, Surface Duo uses swipe gestures for navigation. Besides having a learning curve, some people don't like swiping to go back or bring up the app switcher. But you don't have to use that nav gestures at all and can instead rely on virtual buttons for back, home, and app switcher. Here's how:

    1. Go to Settings > System > Gestures > System navigation
    2. Enable 3-button navigation

    That's it. Some of you may prefer this navigation method, while others may appreciate how (at least to me) it feels smoother when jumping around between apps. The only real downside is you lose a few pixels of vertical space due to the navbar. Either way, it's good to know your options.
