Hi,
We found that the mailto link in marketing email was not captured in the insights even the tracking option is on :
Is it normal that mailto link couldn't be captured ?

Hello,
that's correct, there is no direct way to track mailto.
A custom workaround would be redirect the user (after button click) to a intermediate page with some JavaScript code which can be used to track the link
