I need to create a list of customers whose bill to and ship to address are different.
How do I fill this in the filters of the sales order archive?

Hi,

OOB we do not have any way to identify the bill and ship are same.

You need to follow some custom approach.

for example : export the data in excel and compare the data in excel.

you can write a console application which will export the data in excel based on your condition.

same thing you can achieve through power automate.
