Hi All,
we deleted production environment from LCS after several package deployment,when we try to configure new one we receive error from LCS , even most functions of LCS seems not working,

Can you provide the error details? I don't have an on-premise environment, but for me, LCS is working correctly at this moment.
Please always deploy new environment with standard package without any custom package. Once it's deployed, you will apply custom package by environment maintaine feature.
