SL2011 FP1 When I first log in to SL the Role Center is there. If I change companies it disappears. I have to completely close and reopen SL to see the Role Center again. Access rights for the role center actions are for all companies.

I see what you mean. I wouldn't think you would need to log completely out of SL to get the Role Center to appear. I submitted bug 25689 for this issue. I don't have an estimated date as to when this will get corrected. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
