We are a new customer to Dynamics 365 (on cloud) we have been using Navision server based for years.

For some reason it is down this morning which is no good for business.

Where can I find a contact or someway to see what is the status.

Also I would hope Microsoft would have a backup , should the main go down, if this is going to happen a lot then I should rethink what package we use.

Please let me know who or how I can see what is going on.

    Hi,

    I guess there was some service degradation this morning but everything is now restored. You can go through the below documentation on checking the service health.
