Try to go on that Bookable Resource form (Fieldservice administration -> Resources, and select that resource). First, check "Start Location" and "End Location" on the Common tab.

If these fields are set to Organizational Unit address then go to the organizational unit which is associated to that resource and check if it has the correct coordinates (longitude,latitude).
If "Start Location" and "End Location" are set to User address, then go to the user form and check if it has the correct address and update Geo Code from Ribbon bar.
